Project One- Rico
For our branding project, we were tasked with creating a unique and meaningful identity for a modern dining experience. I developed Rico, a charming new Spanish city centre tapas restaurant that positions itself within the healthy and ecological dining scene.
When developing the branding, I wanted Rico to feel not only natural and modern but also elevated and luxurious—an experience that feels refined and expensive while still being approachable. I used a palette of earthy tones, particularly soft greens, to reflect the organic and plant-forward nature of the menu, and paired it with an elegant serif font to bring in a sense of sophistication and timelessness. The overall identity positions Rico as a place for thoughtful, stylish dining—where ecological values and high-end design come together seamlessly.
